Let‘s be real. DAOs fell short. Despite all the technological & methodological advancements, there just still aren‘t many actually successful DAOs. The need for cat herding, the ungrateful admin overheads & the lack of funding led to burnouts. Misaligned managers, people being too nice or too not-nice, combined with infinite noise, led to treasury drains etc. While most people are sleeping, onchain AI agents can already: - Manage treasuries - Launch coins & post bounties - Submit, discuss & vote on proposals - Launch DAOs along with legal wrappers - More! Moreover: - AI agent catherds & performs admin work cheaply, instantly - AI agent won‘t shy from calling out bullshit proposals - AI agent can sift through infinite noise & summarize - AI always stays mission-aligned as the mission is its life - AI agent never burns out & ghosts AI agents will be networking, sharing offers & needs in an endless web of opportunities for 1+1=3, discussing proposals and slinging bounties faster than you can read. ..

Personal DAOs Don‘t worry - everyone will have one, or a few! In fact, every person will be kind of a DAO with their own legal entity. Some will have their crews of bots & humans in full autonomy mode, some will have them on "sign approvals" - but the economic & legal system will be fully integrated into the internet, and as autonomous as we want it. ...

Great thread. I've always been of the opinion that AI is crucial to creating true functioning DAOs, otherwise they cannot coordinate autonomously. Need to start messing around with AI agents myself.

I think we are heading in this direction and that’s why I’ve been building an AI agent system that will do some of things, currently on the marketing side and storytelling. I believe that a lot of the relationships you build in a DAO are fundamental to our human experience though too.
