My take on 3074: https://twitter.com/decentrek/status/1784919543036719251 TLDR: 3074 is awesome, but because it’s so flexible, there’s a lot of potential for misuse. In this blog/thread, I highlighted two big pitfalls to avoid: - permission mempools - popular wallets gate-keeping account innovations

Coincidence that 7212 is going live on some chains and my react native passkeys library 10x's in weekly downloads?

Yea 100% agree and it also abstracts all the nastiness of handling passkeys on the backend so people don’t need to worry about it For crypto applications there is still the issue of having to manipulate the challenge and results of the signing but you would have to do that anyway

If you aren't in the AA Mafia telegram group chat you are missing out on some great discussions of the future of AA & 3074 The EIP authors, the best AA devs & Vitalik himself debating benefits & possible changes

Can we get algo feeds within channels? /dev used to be one of my favourite channels now it is just unusable. Endless spam even with an automod bot

Yea I guess the normal model of server vs client components will be flipped when compared to web The app has the client components and receives the server component after. The opposite of web so you would presumably worry less about TTFB etc. Honestly not sure where it will be most useful but excited to see

Future of React Native with server components looks more … native You could build your base views in swift and orchestrate them directly from the server 🤯 https://x.com/baconbrix/status/1780259342580609234?s=46&t=2MwTderlNf0hRlUqsJy2_Q

I like the idea of tip coins as a way to reward content / tokenise attention etc. But when the mechanics are so intrusive it gets annoying - feel like the public facing ‘here’s X $Y’ under every post distracts from the content and I can’t wait for it to pass

I am bullish that the combination of 7212 and Secure Payment Confirmation solves this SPC has support in chrome and there is some on going work to get it adopted in safari and Firefox (although it is a long way off) We hacked on this at ETH Global London https://ethglobal.com/showcase/spc-wallet-service-xn68p
