Funny thing about Threads being the number 2 app is that everyone and their mother made these wild claims that it would die out instantly. Fast forward a year and it’s the #2 app. Just goes to show you, most people have negative product intuition.

I haven't been on since launch. Do you know anyone using it? I'm just curious what type of people are using it.

I’m not active on it but from what I can see, it’s a pretty diverse group of users. I have a younger cousin in HS who tells me everyone at his school uses Threads and Twitter is lame. I also noticed that the sports, finance, and art pages are pretty active if that helps
