B. survive, it’s diff this time

B, but will probably suffer similar cycle collapses to NFTs (in smaller magnitudes) before coming back again

e.g. animal meta 2023-2024, AI meta fall 2024

ERC-20s are a better speculation medium than ERC-721s imo

Especially for retail users that are affected by price unit bias and can’t buy an entire ERC-721. Splitting ownership of ERC-721s has been tried, but gets messy

This is coming from a perspective of someone that ultimately believes BTC has the same memecoin characteristics of something like DOGE

Both have stood the test of time so far
