This has always been the ace in my hand when I think I could turn Elizabeth Warren pro crypto. I think of interchange fees as effectively transaction taxes for small businesses. Even reducing them 50 basis points will make a big difference for the bottom line. Pro crypto = pro small business, which is good for MA.
