The first Blairwitch Project was very chilling when I watched it back in the days. Wasn’t able to sleep to whole night lol

I remember its release. I think what was especially memorable is that it was the first of its kind — the lost footage genre, with blurry and shaky amateur shots that greatly enhanced the suspension of disbelief. Some people thought they were watching an actual documentary!
