Given how racially hostile Twitter has become in all directions (is this really an example of enlightened discourse?) a possible marketing point for Warpcast could be "The Not-Racist Social Network." This didn't even need to be regulated people just organized themselves into a relatively decent society. Twitter is now for 8Chan refugees who found it insufficiently hardcore.
