HELP! Tips please ASAP! I need an operation soon and have a 7mth old baby who feeds throughout the night so both her and I get very broken sleep! Hoping to start helping her sleep in a crib independently this weekend to prepare as I’ll need proper rest to recover post-op. 🧡 Advice? 💤 Sleep training tips?

We found that using a pump helped to have milk on hand to bottle feed our little one right before bed time. We would feed her more then, and once she was well topped up she generally slept well through most nights. Good luck! 🙏
