If you know me, I cant function without coffee - and when I say coffee. I have big girl's coffee which is black coffee. Attaching pic for reference 😆 However, I had a vacation leave for 4 days and didnt have my stocks of coffee (I brew them myself then store in ref) And now.. Been off caffeine for 10 days now!

But as a person who was Caffeine-dependent, how did I manage/survive those 8-hrs / 12-hrs shift without it? 1) eat foods that makes you feel satisfied longer (makes you feel full longer) However if youre shifting diet, dont do it abruptly. Make an increment/ a lil introduction first.

2) Exercise Believe me when I say, those endorphins will make you pumped up for the whole day! My bias si cardio/running. Idk bout y'all but it helps me destress. I usually run when Im frustrated, but sometimes I just pretend to be frustrated just to run LMAO. I just find reasons to run HAHAHA
