allotment

Went to the /allotment this long weekend for an assortment of tasks, mainly starting the prune the apricot tree down to size. All the fruit trees need massive prunes this season, sheesh!

Our grape vine is coming along very nicely this year! 😽🍇👌

wow! ours are little tiny grapes in very tight bunches

it's about 5 years old - I think it's some strange grape type 
as usual I buy heritage plants which can be a bit weird sometimes!

They'll grow fast once they're set... I guess it depends how old your vine is, too! If it's not very established just make sure it's getting lots of water so they can fatten up quicker.
