holy shit! lol! you should turn this into an image frame where the first one is "censored" and the second one shows you the actual spleen for those who get queasy. i wanted to be a surgeon so badly when i was younger. love this for her! how is she feeling?

Frames scare wordcels like me. Are there no-code options for this? She's very happy. Her daily recently pivoted to 80/20 cutting/grunt work (as opposed to 20/80 for 2 years). Working more hours than ever but so much happier.
