It seems to me that followers on social media are sort of like compound interest - the more you have, the more you keep accruing. It appears that once you get to a certain level, it takes off and keeps growing. Just a thought I had when I was offering advice to someone to try and gain more followers on here. The first 500 is the most difficult.

I'm afraid to see what happens. I did "leave" while traveling and was hardly on here, but just my allowance went down quite a bit, but it was in April and things were different. I didn't "disappear" from people's radar that much. Not like on X where I am not practically invisible. When I say "leave" I mean, not be on here every day.

You have to change your mindset rather than just try to change your behavior. Apparently changing the way you think about yourself, how you define yourself works better than trying to just change how you behave. I'm going to try it.
