Every time I type a url I only need a single letter to get exactly where I want using the first recommendation. For example...

c -> calendar.google.com
d -> docs.walletconnect.com
e -> explorer.walletconnect.com
g -> gmail.com
n -> notion.so
s -> specs.walletconnect.com
t -> twitter.com
w -> warpcast.com

I found it really annoying when I used to watch twitch a lot, but also used twitter a bunch. Took 5 keystrokes to differentiate between the URLs. 

Solved that by just not watching twitch any more.

Good one! If you’re running on mac you can use tools like „Alfred“ as well to further improve on efficiency. This way you can directly access everything without ever leaving the keyboard.
