still blows my mind how fit elite crossfitters are

did an open workout yesterday and then watched a couple of them do the same workout in ~half the time

I’m a big Stan for cross training but I think the word CrossFit has too much bad rep at this point.

Totally agree. Fit AF and quite versatile. I quit Crossfit several years ago due to injuries (cliche story) but still miss the intensity and endurance your body gets used to. Elite crossfitters are in a league of their own
