Shipped farcord.com — a discord-like experience for farcaster channels.

It's still wip, but you can already connect your FC wallet to start easily browsing your favourite channels and casting away 🏐

fyi, when i hit connect, the wallet connect modal doesn't load for me on desktop and it tries to go directly to metamask, which i'm not using for fc

the modal does pop up on mobile in desktop mode, but i'm not able to scan the QR code

can you give it another try pls? I removed the injected connector, assume most folks won't have their FC wallet setup on metamask et al 🤷‍♂️

modal now appearing on desktop 👍

but general QR code scan still tries to inject metamask

and coinbase wallet, which i'm using for FC, is resulting in the below

ok, now it should have a "Coinbase Wallet" button! made with love for the coinbase fam ❤️

but i seem to be stuck in read-only as i'm unable to create signer - when i hit the button i get this error message.

or maybe it's only read-only for now?

Does any message even show up on your coinbase wallet when clicking "Create Signer"?

farcord is ngmi.. which browser are you using?

ok, mind giving it a last try for today? you might need to disconnect farcord in your coinbase app -> settings -> "your wallet" -> connected apps.

disconnected dapp as you asked, connected wallet to farcord again (all good), but still unable to sign and no notification of any sort from the wallet 😞

it looks like it, yeah. but there were also a lot of others with issues connecting wallets, which makes me wonder if this is the right way to do it or not.

hey Justin! took me a bit longer than I expected, but just shipped a new sign in flow using warpcast instead. wanna give that a try maybe? you might have to do that disconnect thing from earlier 🙏
