What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded?

I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO.

I think sometimes but not with every customer especially not old customers who are really trustworthy.
Otherwise, you’re right. I believe that starting relationships should not be done carelessly. It should begin with the guidance of psychologists and psychiatrists so that toxic and harmful relationships 1/2
