1. Green tea 🍵- it seems to be the only thing keeping my migraines at bay for some reason. I’ve had it all day yesterday and all day today and it’s horrible. Thankful for the tea.

2. Darkness - I have severe light sensitivity as it makes my migraines 100x worse. Appreciate black out curtains.
