this morning i made a decision: no more fear of posting and deleting casts i think are not “good enough” now i’m heading to bed with a personal best of 6 trending casts naomi 1 - anxiety 0 !!

I realized most of my post fear came from Twitter/X experiences — once my brain started feeling casts were truly not the same space mentally I got a lot more comfortable posting.
