So apparently I had a not so friendly bacteria in my gut, H. pylori, and this fellow was stealing all my nutrients, expensive vitamins, and iron. I am finally done with the treatment and can go back to my emotional support supplements.

If you suffer from stomach issues (acid reflux, gastritis, bloating) or anemia (like me😵💫), don’t be surprised if it’s a problem with your flora
