I don’t get the mastodon criticism on farcaster. Sufficiently decentralized social networks and federated social networks can coexist, no? Especially with dwr and v thoughtfully growing the community, farcaster couldn’t accommodate people looking for alternatives to centralized social networks now.

most of the negativity i see (and that I agree with tbh) is just mastadon is a horrible experience to use in it's current state from a UX standpoint, nor is the discussions/quality of content there good either.
