one of the key factors for your health is definitely keeping your body moving. it doesnβt matter the formβit could be as simple as taking the stairs for a couple of floors or going for a 30-minute walk. i had a long day today (started at 4 am due to a flight to a neighbor island) for a remote site visit this morning, but still gotta get it done β
