Who here has tinnitus? I have a constant ringing in my ears (usually worse at night) that’s roughly in the 14khz range. No cure, nothing I’ve found to help that much with symptoms either. Only way to live with it is to learn to accept it. https://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/

Mine started a few months ago suddenly in my right ear. I went through a lot of testing over the course of a couple months, and it was incredibly stressful. It has fluctuated over time, but it is now much less noticeable. I did try sound therapy for a bit. I didn't do it consistently, but it was very soothing.

I did a trial of https://neosensory.com/tinnitus-solution There's also a recently FDA approved treatment option that is similar to Neosensory, but it requires in person treatment. Both of them are supposed to train your brain to distinguish between what's real and what's "fake"

I went through lots of testing (and $$) only to be told I don't have any hearing loss and to just be healthier: "less salt, no caffeine, no alcohol, exercise, eat healthy..." I take it as a challenge to be able to accept things out of my control. Luckily mine doesn't get bad too often
