i'd hesitate to say web3 can protect society from AI -- but, imo, the AI safety/alignment challenge boils down to coordinating the efforts of: • large companies (w adv AI research) • nation states (w adv AI research) • AI researchers & crypto does have smth to say abt coordination https://warpcast.com/paulx/0x

Yeah this is a good take. Hard to see now, but I wonder/suspect ubiquitous immutable records will be essential antidote to tyrannical AI re-writing.historu.
