I'm asking for help -- how do you stay consistent? I love working out, love the mental and physical aspects. but, If travel even 1 week all my routine and motivation is ruined. Any tips? I try to get my cardio in atleast whenever I travel. but tough to workout.

Travel is tough. If you don't have access to equipment, you'd be surprised how much you can do with body weight only movements + resistance bands, and they travel well. Plan ahead, you got this!

yeah, i majorly do bodyweight movements even when im not travelling. the problem is more so the time, what’s the best time to work out when travelling? I dont want to workout early morning as i might be drained rest of the day.
