Getting financial freedom. I’m living in small small bad town, everyone who can - leaving , here is almost no future and perspective. Imagine salary in 250-350 usd in month for most of people. So I want to earn money and help myself to move out and help my family and some friends to build a better life

None, not even loyalty. Look at the past. Success is always coupled with defeat. Achievements are ranked by those that want 1st but can’t. Be true and be honest, the rewards will follow. You already are successful!
