My mum and I grabbed food at the place of a friend where the chef changes every two weeks. It’s a Vietnamese-French cave à vin (wine bar) and this week’s menu was created by the Turkish chef Şahin Erdal. This was a Spicy asparagus + aubergine dish - my mum couldn’t wait with the asparagus, I can’t blame her!!
