Both of those are engineering jobs, not cryptography jobs. Which part makes that unclear? "Strong understanding of cryptographic principles"?

I am often uncertain what those kinds of open roles are looking for. 

You say you want "Go Engineers" but the job ad reads more like you want a cryptography expert who can write a bit of Go code, which is something completely different.
