Work by Erthos Albino de Souza from the early 70's. I've not been able to track the title. Erthos composed his generative poems using Fortran and the PL1 software language. It's not straightforward to categorise this work in my opinion. This time I am going to add it to /visual-poetry

ridiculously cool! of it's time, but way ahead as well. i would call this visual poetry, but you could call it a lot of things imo

same! i used to tear off those perforated guides and keep them for other arts and crafts. every bit of the image you shared is precious.
