Work by Erthos Albino de Souza from the early 70's. I've not been able to track the title. Erthos composed his generative poems using ​​Fortran and the PL1 software language. It's not straightforward to categorise this work in my opinion. This time I am going to add it to /visual-poetry

same! i used to tear off those perforated guides and keep them for other arts and crafts. every bit of the image you shared is precious.
