Who here has used or currently uses Jira (by Atlassian) and what do you have to say about it? POAP Inc uses it heavily and we are exploring alternatives.

I have been a CTO and a delivery director in large organizations. Jira was a pain to setup, needed a lot of custom dev but made me able to get a good predictability. In smaller organization, anything more complexe than GitHub issues and project is overkill IMO.
