Channels update

We're targeting a Thursday, October 3rd launch. More communication to follow. Here's the single source of truth for everything channels related:

🚀 @anser-social.eth will support channels on launch.

We have released today for our users the following features :
 ✅ Invite channel members from lists
 ✅ List channel members
 ✅ Elevate members to moderator
 ✅ Exclude members from a channel.
 ✅ Accept channel invites

Once we get the go from @dwr.eth , we will switch the casting capabilities to enforce the new channel rules (only members can cast, everyone can reply). Hopefully other alternative clients will also.
