My coding hours have devolved to 8pm-4am now. Can barely get anything done at normal hours. Decided to embrace it, so now the daytime is mainly for ideating.

Solo founder here. Mostly meeting / marketing / ideating during the day, coding during the night. It might work during bootstrap but as a former CTO I know this will lead to major incidents.
