Should I try another model and why ?

I use ChatGPT extensively during the day as my personal assistant, mainly to structure my idea, rephrase (I am not a native English speaker), create some images and analyse all sort of document.

I don’t want to have to train another model if the gain is not massive.

For coding I exclusively use cursor and whichever default model it uses.

I do like gemeni more for general knowledge, and also for huge context window.

For coding I don't need much just a competent AI auto complete, Cody is faster than GitHub copilot and is good enough.

I never use ChatGPT mostly because it was super bad at the beginning and I just give up on it.

id assume most models will be about the same after a while, so would be better to run local, open source ones if possible. if not, might be better to go with a wrapper with memory instead of any one model, so you can port with ease if you ever wanna switch
