But with our current hiring surge, I’m screening all dev candidates.

Yesterday, one claimed solid crypto experience.
But something felt off—slow answers, constant rephrasing, flawless phrasing.

So I asked:
“What’s the difference between ERC-20, 721, and 1155?”

Total vagueness. No clue.

I wasn’t interviewing a crypto dev.
I was watching someone copy-paste ChatGPT in real time.
Or just an AI video maybe ?

Even non devs know that, if you’ve been a shithead long enough you at least have an idea what those are in imo
