I am not sure what pump fun made more accessible from « crypto ».
Appart from permissionless gambling.
Supporting illegal activities with crypto is a short term win, long term loss as it will make it easier for regulators to regulate, with the support of the people.

👍 That's great from a dev / builder pov.
That made "building stuff" more accessible, and will for sure open for more tokenisation use cases.
I would not say it helped directly crypto becoming more mainstream and accepted.
