It's really sad to see our already sorry state of discourse degrade further on the socials. https://x.com/Andercot/status/1877189010269122989 There definitely is incompetence and systemic failures. Some of these claims are obviously false however. The City of LA didn't have a shortage of imported water from the Delta or CRA for example. The LADWP water system was designed for fighting urban spot fires, not Armageddon
