For those who workout in the early morning, what steps do you take before you get to the gym to make it a successful session??

I go to bed 9:15-9:45 most nights, I naturally wake up at 5:15-5:30, I do my NYTimes wordl, connections in bed, I do 25 minutes of Yoga (6am) then do 45 minutes of weights (6:30). The hardest part... just getting outta bed. That's it, no trick, just get your feet out from under the covers and you 90% there!

Like the idea of an extended stretching protocol/ yoga before lifting in the morning. Biggest challenge for me is my energy levels towards the beginning of the workout 😅
