What do you not understand about crypto law or policy that you wish someone would ELI5?

More of a broad question about how you see the future of US healthcare apps on ethereum (that store health care data)What types of challenges will be challenges for this use case?

I only know enough about this unique area of law to be dangerous, so I'll just say "lots of challenges" given how complex and strict data privacy laws are in the healthcare space. Here's a February 2024 piece that digs deep into it, although I can't vouch for it:

Thanks! I have an uninformed opinion that this is a similar situation to medical data being transmitted (encrypted)over the internet. It’s ok to do it today but the regulation took time. With zero knowledge proofs blockchains *should* have parity with approved means of transmission.

Also I do see some compliance issues being resolved (or innovated on) with account abstraction. It will likely take more than just zero knowledge to solve the issues.
