Please elaborate on the phrase “vulgar radlibs” so I can figure out whether or not to take you seriously

Kinda says it on the tin.. I mean the vulgar sort of liberals who want to integrate radical ideas/aesthetics into liberal institutions (finance, land ownership, gov, etc), who don't often engage with anything illegible to common liberal sensibilities except through books from dead bearded dudes. Often overlapping with those who think that simply challenging conversational norms and expressing their identity is a way to affect change, more specifically. Y'know.. the kinda folks who probably watch too many political twitch streams vs. their time spent taking collective action in the real world? Those types.

I guess it’s very confusing to me to be intentionally put off by that kind of fringe group when we have a far right wanna be authoritarian about to take power. It doesn’t sound like you’re coming from anything resembling good faith. That being said, obviously American politics is very self centered and also what happens here impacts the entire world.

Yeah I don't see anyone saying that in spaces where people are actually working to help their communities through the next 4 years and beyond. Tbh I only hear it from liberals who are feeling unwelcome in online social spaces where they are reminded that liberals are centrists and thus are not part of the global left.
