Hey for the very first episode of the builders mind,I basically just kick-started by explaining what the podcast is about (majorly about the mental well-being of creatives) and what we ain't to achieve. And then To make it even better I asked a question ⁉️
Why do we, as builders of ideas, often neglect our mental health while we push to create, innovate, and inspire others? Think about it."

I best believe part of the answer lies in the pressure we place on ourselves to perform. The constant hustle, the deadlines, the need to stay relevant—it can feel like a never-ending cycle. But here’s the thing: you can’t pour from an empty cup. Your mental health isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity.
