Hey for the very first episode of the builders mind,I basically just kick-started by explaining what the podcast is about (majorly about the mental well-being of creatives) and what we ain't to achieve. And then To make it even better I asked a question ⁉️ Why do we, as builders of ideas, often neglect our mental health while we push to create, innovate, and inspire others? Think about it."
