Since Spam labels are now public, I’ve spent some time looking at things these accounts have in common vs accounts that don’t get labeled and this is my initial advice for people who’ve been labeled. 

1. STOP sharing frames. If you didn’t build it, don’t share it. 
2. Stop recasting. Instead, quote cast and spell out why you are sharing it. What makes this worthy of being shared?
3. Ensure 80% of your timeline is original content. Don’t steal it from the web, make something unique and genuine. It better to not cast at all than to cast slop. 
4. Only reply to people in channels. If someone casts to their home feed and doesn’t follow you, don’t comment. 
5. Stop tagging people. They don’t get notified of the tags anyway. It’s pointless to tag them.

In my opinion, it's not good at all. Why don't they give the audience the freedom, like on Platform X, to recast any post they want? This behavior is disrespectful to the audience🐈Of course, the activity of bots and spammers should be prevented but in my opinion, recast posts is not a good move
