Love this idea, Carlos. I think this model of passionate influencers of particular DAOs forming councils as a means of organizing collectively and promoting relation and knowledge share across the DAO metaverse will become best practice. council > core team?

I love this idea. With Decent, we’ve built a highly extensible framework for DAO operations, part of which I believe should be incentivizing the good behavior of voters that is conducive to a DAO’s ability to execute. LFG! 🚀

Ran 100% of the jobs through the company to bootstrap, eventually parlayed that operating experience and revenue into venture funding. Bonuses are a better incentive structure than side gigs.
