Hey everyone. I'm looking for a good app to track my workouts. Is there anything you like to use?

What kind of workouts and which variables would you like to track and what do you want to use the data for ultimately?

It's mainly to track weight training. The goal is to keep better track of my progress over the past months. I tend to sort of forget about certain exercises for too long.

Cool, then I'd recommend Excel. Include exercises per training unit, current weights, current reps, and comments (e.g., shoulder pain). Update this on your phone when you train and you are good - works smooth for progressive overload for me + you start thinking independently about exercises to include exclude and why!

For a better understanding of the aim of exercises, how to do them correctly, and what to avoid at all costs, I recommend investing an hour or so to check out AthleanX on Youtube. Weightlifting is one of the best forms of exercise if done correctly, but one of the worst if done incorrectly - stay safe <3!

Thanks. I'm working with a really good trainer, and he's helping with making sure I do things the right way, but we do everything on paper and I'd like to keep track of the workouts I do on my own a little more efficiently.
