for a state, the army enforces agreements and rules in case of a dispute. this also bridges the gap between real world consequences and the judiciary. smart contracts can enforce themsleves in an onchain world. to bridge consequences to the real world (beyond purely digital), we’ll need robots? ddecentralised enforcement = depin? @balajis.eth

yeah sure policing happens before a rule is broken my cast is about after it’s broken. for eg: if my car gets stolen, I can go the cops for support. as a citizen of a nation state, I have that security. how do I have such protections in a network state?
