its happening like multiple times a month i feel

I have had dozens of cameras but the Sony RX100V is my favorite camera I have ever owned:

- tiny, fits in any pocket
- has an excellent pop-up viewfinder
- starts shooting faster than opening an app
- goes down to f1.8, ideal for low depth of field, fast moving subjects, low light
- the back screen flips up so I can shoot 90 degrees to the subject, ideal for street photography
- I can transfer photos wirelessly to my iPhone for editing

this camera is 9 years old but I cannot find anything better on the market today

This prompted me to revisit the Ricoh GRiii/X rabbit hole. Curious for strong opinions and which to get if so (28mm vs 40mm)?

I want to shoot more non-iPhone and would like to shoot people a good chunk of time but ultimate priority is flexibility, portability (having on me), ease

very soon we will cancel all recurring subscriptions to @super

will take a short term revenue hit but i'm confident it is the right way forward

why?
- everyone hates getting a random recurring receipt for shit they didnt use
- lost of customer support problems to solve when people accidentally subscribe too many times or they lost access to the app while paying
- recurring $10/mo massively undercharges whales and is very predatory to people for who $10/mo is a lot of money

ideally:
- we don't charge anyone who didn't get value from the app and $10 really matters to them
- we allow wealthy members to spend infinite $$$ on @super (like legend @wake who paid for 5 years of membership ahead)

we have some great ideas, cancelling the recurring sub is first step to implement them
