How to develop a confident gaze? First of all, strengthen your inner confidence. Start with something simple: take a piece of paper and draw a small black circle. Attach it to the wall and devote just five minutes every day, focusing on it. Have a conversation with someone, while paying attention to one eye of the interlocutor. If you know that the interlocutor is right-handed, look at his right eye. Gradually move on to more complex skills, confidently controlling your gaze.
