Binance crypto exchange has announced the integration of generative artificial intelligence (AI) from Amazon Web Services (AWS). The company told Incrypted about this. In particular, Binance plans to improve work in two areas - customer verification and processing user requests to the support service. The GenAI-powered KYC system automatically fills in customer data, processes documents and speeds up the processing of information, the organization said. The system also increased the efficiency of checking proof of address (POA) in 107 countries by 6%.
