I’m long major changes in the food industry and the average diet as a direct result of AI. 

Reasoning: 

+ easily ask an AI agent to assess a given food’s ingredient/source (summarize the complex table on the back) 

+ personalized and dynamic meal planning that makes it way easier to optimize for a certain goal. 

+ automated purchasing as a result of both of the above. 

+ existing tailwinds outside of AI with longevity focus

The right agent should be able to maximize taste/nutrition per $ spent. 

taking into account personal preferences, local availability, cooking difficulty (if not buying elsewhere) and a given nutritional goal. 

It’s a well established field but is a lot of manual work which is why it’s a great candidate for AI.

Someone has developed interest in AI recently.

Fun fact: The first NFTs I ever created were on Superrare in 2018, and they were an AI generated series.

I used an early gann and trained it on the Earthporn subreddit. Human networks combined with AI networks was the concept.
