finally saw a physio today after battling with a debilitating foot injury for almost 3 months now :/ looking like it’s related to a bad sprain I did in 2023 that likely tore a ligament and resulted in bone bruising. After trying to rehab it myself + push through it feels good to get an expert to take a look and take it seriously! Even booked in for an MRI next week to rule out a hidden bone fracture, wish me luck 🤞🏽

That’s a tough situation to deal with, but it’s great that you’re finally getting the professional care you need. Hopefully, the MRI clears up any lingering questions and sets you on the right path to recovery.
