My wife is an abuser. Doesn't have that sense of respect. She can easily tell my mother-in-law that I'm stupid. My wife herself admitted that she likes to talk to smart people. So now I'm thinking, what do I do? I can't explain anything to her, she just attacks me, won't let me open my mouth. Plus she said she likes pumped-up guys, and I've been out of shape since I got married. I like and work and bring money home, income good good and do everything at home and with children, but I can not understand why girls such do not respect? Maybe you can tell me what to do next.

I'm not a relationship expert, but I think your wife's behavior is unacceptable. Have you considered seeking counseling together to address these issues? It might help you both communicate more effectively and work through your differences.
